Book a Holiday Camp
How to book on:
You can follow our easy online booking system below.
To avoid paying the system fee, please select ‘Alternative Payment Methods’ and you and transfer the money directly to us.
We will email you to confirm that your payment has been received within 5 - 7 days.
Booking on with Government Tax Free Scheme:
1. Go through the booking system.
2. On the payment page, please select ‘Alternative Payment Method.’
3. Email us directly and we will send you our Tax Free Number at hello@theartimaginarium.co.uk.
4. Log onto your Government Tax Free Childcare account to make payment.
5. Email us directly with your reference number and then we will confirm your booking.
Your child's unique reference will include the first letter of their first name and the first 3 letters of their surname e.g AJON5645458TFC.
Booking on with Childcare Vouchers:
We are currently accepting Edenred, Computer share, Kiddivouchers, My Family Care and Care4 childcare vouchers.
Go through the booking system.
2. On the payment page, please select ‘Alternative Payment Method.’
3. Email us directly and we will provide you with our account number.
4. You can then add this number to your online booking system and email us with your reference number when this is done.
5. Please wait for up to 7 days for us to confirm that the money has been transferred.
Discounts available:
5% Early bird discount code available until Sunday 21st April (SAH410).
10% Siblings discount code is automatically added.
