Are your staff DBS checked?
Yes, all our staff have DBS check and have lot of experience of working with children.
Is the circus element safe?
Yes, the circus element is very safe. Your child will only be learning how to do simple circus skills such as; hula hooping, juggling, plates spinning and other similar activities.
What is the child to adult ratio?
There will always be a minimum of one adult per 8 children.
Do you have a Safe Guarding Lead?
Yes, there will always be at least two safeguarding leads when any camp is running.
Is there a staff member who has first aid training?
Yes, all holiday camp leaders are first aid trained.
What is the minimum number of days my child can attend?
No, we have no minimum number of days you can book on but we suggest two days a minimum to support your child with finishing their crafts.
What food shall my child bring?
If they can bring a packed lunch with snacks that would be great. Please avoid bringing anything with nuts in to protect any children who might have allergies. We offer a piece of free organic fruit each day for each child.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can fill your spot in time then yes, we are happy to offer you a full refund. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice prior to the start date of the holiday camp and we are unable to fill the spot then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. If cancelled with more than 7 days notice prior to the start date of the holiday camp then you will receive a full refund. Our holiday camp is often very busy so it is most likely we will be able to offer you a refund.
How many children attend each day?
The maximum number of children that attend is 35.
What time is drop off and collection?
Regular times are - drop off is 9am and pick up is 3.30pm. There is an option for an early drop off at 8.30am and a late pick up at 4.30pm for a small extra cost.
Is there anything else we should bring?
We would recommend bringing an old t shirt or apron for your child to wear to that they avoid getting any of their nice clothes messy. Also if it is a sunny day then we recommend your child bringing sunscreen and extra water.
How can l amend my booking once l have made it?
If you would like to amend your booking once you have alrady made it then please email us directly at hello@theartimaginarium.co.uk and we will amend this for you and send you an updated invoice.
Can l add on a late pick up or early drop off closer to the time?
Yes, you are welcome to amend the booking anytime prior to the start date of the holiday camp.
