Yes, all our staff have DBS check and have lot of experience of working with children.

Yes, the circus element is very safe. Your child will only be learning how to do simple circus skills such as; hula hooping, juggling, plates spinning and other similar activities.

There will always be a minimum of one adult per 8 children.

Yes, there will always be at least two safeguarding leads present when any camp is running.

Yes, we are EYFS registered and welcome 4 year olds who are potty trained.

Yes, all holiday camp leaders are first aid trained.

There is no minimum number of days required. However, we recommend booking at least two days to help your child complete their craft projects.

Please bring a packed lunch and some snacks. To help protect children with allergies, please do not include any nuts. Each child will also receive a free piece of organic fruit every day.

If we are able to fill your child’s place in time, we will be happy to provide a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the holiday camp and we cannot fill the space, a refund cannot be offered. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Our holiday camps are often very busy, so we are usually able to offer refunds.

The maximum number of children attending each day is 35.

Standard drop off is at 9:00am and collection is at 3:30pm. Early drop off from 8:30am and late collection until 5:30pm are available for a small additional fee.

Yes, if you are more than 20 minutes late collecting your child, an additional fee of £7 will apply.

We recommend bringing an old T shirt or apron to help protect your child’s clothes during creative activities. On sunny days, please also bring sunscreen and extra water.

Yes, you can amend your booking at any time before the holiday camp begins.

Yes, you are welcome to pay a deposit of 50% and then pay the remaining 50% of the payment at least 7 full days before the workshops.
